Integrated Refining Technology
Crude Distillation
Our atmospheric and vacuum distillation units separate crude oil into distinct fractions based on boiling point ranges. These primary processing units can handle diverse crude slates and produce naphtha, kerosene, diesel, and residual fuel components with precision temperature control and optimal yield distribution.
Catalytic Cracking
Our Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) unit converts heavy gas oils into valuable lighter products including gasoline and olefins. Advanced catalyst technology and optimized operating conditions maximize conversion efficiency while producing high-octane gasoline components that meet stringent quality specifications.
Hydroprocessing
Multiple hydrocracking and hydrotreating units remove sulfur, nitrogen, and aromatics while upgrading product quality. These critical units enable us to produce ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) and meet Euro V specifications for cleaner-burning transportation fuels.
Catalytic Reforming
Our continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) unit converts low-octane naphtha into high-octane gasoline blending components and aromatics. This sophisticated process employs precious metal catalysts and precise operating conditions to produce premium gasoline components with octane ratings exceeding 95 RON.
Sulfur Recovery
Advanced sulfur recovery units (SRU) capture and convert hydrogen sulfide from various process streams into elemental sulfur. Our Claus process technology achieves recovery efficiencies exceeding 99.5%, minimizing sulfur dioxide emissions while producing commercial-grade sulfur as a valuable by-product.
Product Blending
Sophisticated inline and batch blending systems combine various refinery streams to produce finished products meeting precise specifications. Automated blending controls ensure consistent quality while optimizing component utilization and minimizing giveaway costs.

Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD)
Premium diesel fuel with sulfur content below 10 ppm, excellent cetane number (min 51), and superior cold flow properties suitable for year-round use in Kazakhstan's climate conditions.
